cocomo cafe

Cocomo is an italian-japanese fusion cafe which is located in Phase 3, YATA, of New Town Plaza, Sha Tin. The cafe is located right next to the supermarket section of YATA.  

The menu has quite a lot of choices to choose from but i went with the high tea set for two, since i was with my mum. The high tea set for two is only HK$98!!

Bottom plate: Smoke salmon croissant, vegetable croquete, sasuage wrapped in bacon

Sasuage wrapped in bacon Ratings: ★★★☆☆
The sasuage wrapped in bacon was not as salty as i thought it would be so it was quite nice.

The croquete is really nice!! The outer layer is really crispy while the inside is really soft and creamy!!! Super nice!!! 

Smoked salmon croissant

The croissant is really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The salmon went really well with the croissant! 

Egg-mayo tuna sandwich

I love eating tuna with egg-mayo but one thing missing was pepper! But other than that the sandwich was quite nice.

The macaron was super nice!!! Loved it!

Tiramisu cake

The cake was average. It didn't have a strong aroma nor taste of the coffee or brandy. But it is still alright.

The whole experience at this italian-japaneses fusion cafe was quite nice. I enjoyed every piece of food placed onto the plates. But two things that minus points was the location, it was close to a busy supermarket and the taste of the food could be improved, especially the tiramisu cake. Other than that i would recommend this place as the high tea set is not so bad!
