Review Kiehl's Turmeric and Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Masque

Whilst working from home during these time it's also important to keep your skin happy and healthy by eating well, drinking more water but also pampering your skin too. I recently started using the Kiehl's Cranberry and Turmeric Energizing Mask which I got as a gift from a friend.

Best Sushi in Kyoto 🍣 | Gion Mametora [祇をん 豆寅]

Today marks the first day of Sydney's stage one of restriction eases, where cafes and restaurants can allow customers of up to 10 people to dine-in. What better way to celebrate this moment than to share another restaurant I recommend when visiting Japan. While I was in Kyoto my friends and I went out early to rent our kimono for the day before walking around Gion Hanamikoji Dori to find our next meal. Hanamikoji Dori is a popular spot for tourists and locals as this is where tea houses and restaurants are lined up and you might even catch a glimpse of Maikos or Geisha's heading off to her next appointment.

Best Lazy Girl Skincare Routine 🌿

During these time most of my family and friends are either working or studying from home which can be quite stressful at times. Along with this comes the over-eating or snack hunting as we're start to get bored at being at home all the time. As for myself, working from home means I never have to get out of my PJ's and sometimes it feels like I'm just lazing around (but don't worry I actually do the work). Stress, snacking/over-eating and laziness can lead to your skin acting up or breaking out and it's even more important to take care of our health during these times.

Snacking around Sapporo 😋

Harry Hedgehog Cafe 🦔

As most of my uni friends were leaving a little earlier on our Japan trip, one of the last activities we did was visit a harinezumi cafe or more commonly known as hedgehog cafe. We decided to go to the Harry Hedgehog cafe located in Roppongi as it would be easier for my friends to head towards the airport right after.

Rengaya 2.0 // Overeating again! 😝

Before the whole ban on indoor dining I managed to squeeze in a meal at Rengaya located in North Sydney. I haven't been to Rengaya in such a long time even after the completion of their newly renovated store so I was super excited to finally dine there for lunch.

Beginners Guide to Tokyo Disneysea 🎢

Today I'll be sharing my adventure and itinerary guide to Tokyo DisneySea as I've managed to recovered almost all my data from my broken hard drive. Around this time last year I went to Tokyo DisneySea for the very first time with my uni friends, where we booked our 1-Day Passport ticket through the official website. I applied the usual tips and tricks when planning for a full day at a theme park but since I've only ever been to Disneyland and my friend, Florence, who has been to DisneySea, we made sure to get the full experience out of this day.

Social Distancing | Things to Do 😜

The last time I posted was back in January with my Lunar New Year post which was two months ago. In the last two months I have been super busy as I went to Malaysia and Singapore the day after Lunar New Year (aka Australia Day) for two weeks to attend a friends wedding. This was before the whole Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation took a turn for the worst but I wasn't going to risk it and bought along hand sanitiser and extra tissues everywhere I went. When I came back to Sydney, I jumped straight into my new job and it has been an amazing journey however with the current situation there has been a lot of unexpected challenges that we've overcome and continuously changing or updating to ensure that we're staying relevant and updated at all times.

Happy Lunar New Year! I was planning to have this post out for the New Year but got a little distracted~ It has been super hot but fun-filled hanging out with my friends and family while trying to stay cool. The bush fires here in Australia were not fun as I had to cancel my road trip, but I'm glad we did get some rain although in Canberra they had huge hail which came smashing through the glass...
2020, another decade has gone by and so much has changed in my life on so many different levels and aspects. As we ring on the new year, like many, we all have goals we want to accomplish and achieve so here are a few of mine relating to my health, career and personal interest.
