Review: Essential, Rich Premier Ultra Honey & Shea Butter Intense Hair Mask

Once in a while i love to treat my hair so that i can continue to have soft, smooth and healthy looking hair!!

So i've been using Essential's Rich Premier Ultra Honey & Shea Butter Intense Hair Mask ever since it was first launched. When i first saw this on the racks there was no reviews on this product as it a new product range. I think it was the packaging and name which caught my attention to try this product.

I use this product after shampooing my hair and gently towel dry it a bit. Then i would apply a generous amount to the bottom half of my hair and work my way up to the top.

Then i twist my hair and make a bun so that my hair doesn't make a mess and wait 5 minutes before rinsing it off.

Essential, Rich Premier Ultra Honey & Shea Butter Intense Hair Mask Ratings:

Formula/Aroma:
Paste-like formula super easy to apply to the hair!!Sweet honey & shea butter scent and stays in my hair for the entire day!! Super Love!!

Cost:
This mask cost just under AUD$10 on SASA website so it's very affordable and the amount you get inside the jar is very generous as you can use this mask quite a few times before it runs out.

A few hours left...!

in my pj's & Hello Kitty glasses which i haven't worn ever since i bought them 2 years back
So this is going to be the shortest blog post here that i've ever posted so far!! I guess the sleepless night has made me think that if i want to get to know my readers better it's best to start off to get to know how i am so i don't scare you away with all the reviews and all.
Waking up at 7:40am but i officially get out of my warm cosy bed at 8am. And here i am just waiting for time to past by so that i can do my final exam which i have been waiting for the past 2 weeks!! It's just sucks when you just happen to be one of those people who only have one final exam & it's in the last week of the exam period. *sighs* Well good luck to me with my Japanese exam!!
Which reminds me, when i did my HSC i finished on the last day too D: for the same subject too!! JAPANESE!!
How many of you experiencing/experienced this situation??
Okay..so i think i should be getting back to my "studying" now. Can time just please roll a little faster now, i want my holiday freedom!!

Makemania Data 24H WP Pencil Gel Eyeliner (Black) Ratings:

Packaging/Design:
The packaging is cute and preppy yet still noticeable as most of the eyeliner packaging are pink or black. I love the design how you just twist the eyeliner out and not waste any!

It may look like a pencil eyeliner but the fact that it is actually gel makes me Super Love this product!! It's waterproof and smudge-proof making it perfect to draw my upper and lower waterlines!! The tip is very soft and it also can create smooth and even lines!

Cost:
i bought this product in HK and it cost me about just a bit over AUD$10. But you can purchase this through SASA.COM at USD$11 which i find is a bargin for a gel eyeliner!!

Review: Hello Kitty Amethyst Polyphenols Hydrating Double Lifting Mask

The last time i reviewed one of the hello kitty masks was way back in April, read it here if you haven't already!
Here i am getting all the belated posts done!!
So last night i decided to do the " Amethyst Polyphenols Hydrating Double Lifting Mask", which is the purple packet!
As usual the packet contains tonnes of serum which i like to apply to my neck, shoulder, arms, legs, etc.
Amethyst Polyphenols Hydrating Double Lifting Mask Ratings:

Effects:
As soon as i remove the mask i can feel that my skin is much more moist and plump!

Mask material:
The mask material is cotton-based and compared to the My Beauty Diary's mask it is slightly thicker though the formula is still easily absorbed into the skin. Though i will say the design of the mask is a bit small on my face as the ear and chin hook are very tight which hurts my ears so i tend not to use them.

Formula/Aroma:
The aroma of mask has a soft floral scent which soothes my stress and tiredness away.

Cost:
I bought a whole box of 12 (3 of each mask) in Hong Kong, but i can't remember the exact price that i got it for. All i can remember is that is was reasonably priced!

Overall:
I highly recommend this mask for those who want a good night sleep as the soft floral scent really calms all your nerves making you feeling relaxed and sleepy.

Review: GEO Princess Mimi Cafe Waffle Gray

Its been a while since i last did a colour contacts review post!! But all with very good reasons!! Ever since my trip in Hong Kong early this year i would hear stories from my mum of when she went up to China to get her nails done she would see people selling colour contacts at CNY$5/pair but turning up to be fake!! But people still buy them!? So it had kind of freaked me out of wearing contacts for quite a long time now. Now starting to slowly wear them again!

How to open: Find the arrow to lift the cap open to open up the contact bottle
I decided to show how i usually case my new contacts once i've opened them!! So what you'll need is a contacts case & contact solution! Before i take the contacts out of their jar i usually fill the cases with new solution about half way.

After filling the case i then move on to emptying the jars.
1. Open the lid!
2. Make a cave with your hands to catch the contact when pouring it out of its' jar.
3. Slowly open up the cave to release the "old*" solution (*jar's solution).
4. Using "new*" solution clean the lense on both sides! As for me i like to be extra careful and do the swab test before wearing the contacts or transferring them into the case.
After doing the swab test it makes me feel safer about wearing them.
Ratings:

Comfort: ★★
Really comfortable to wear regardless of their 15mm diameter! Though they did seem a little thicker.

Colour: ★★★★

There are about 3 different colours which makes it really
cool and mysterious! Really like how these turn up on my eye's!! They make my eye's glisten and look all dolly!!

Enlargement: ★★★★★
Very enlarging!! They are 15mm in diameter!!

Overall: ★★★★★
The waffle gray is definitely one of my favorite from the mimi cafe series so far so i highly recommend!!

It really has been a while since i last uploaded a video! But i will start filming as soon as my long awaited one exam is over on the coming Thursday!!! Looking forward to the long holidays!!!!

Working Lolita~♥

Over the queen's birthday on Monday i helped my mum at the markets where i had decided to wear my new lolita dress, which i had bought during my trip in Hong Kong early this year. So early in the morning i got ready and did my make up and hair for the day.

Because i was to be working my butt off serving customers and all I went for a simple, light and easy make up, yet still achieving that dolly-cute look.

I used Dolly Wink's first series false lashes in No.1 Dolly Sweet and No.7 Vivid Pop.

Here is a more clear photo of my hair for the day. Took me a while to curl my head but it was worth it!!

& of course how can i forget the dress and shoes!!! Super love my shoes, they are the very first pair of lolita shoes i had bought in Japan way back in 2008 (4 years ago!)

On the day i was complimented heaps by mum's friends and by customer's themselves!!! It was a fun and tiring day as a lolita to be working but i must say i did enjoy being helpful~!!

Ending this post with pictures of me when i'm finally home!
Nop, i'm not tired at all!!! haha!
Do let me know if you would like a video on how to achieve the makeup or hair in this blog post!!

Raining at BangBang & Bécasse

So this morning was a fine sunny yet windy day, and i was headed out to the city for a catch up session with a good friend of mine. We originally wanted to go to Single Origin's but since their breakfast menu just ended when we got there we decided to walk a little bit further up the road to a cafe named BangBang.
Bangbang Ratings:

Location:
Bangbang is within walking distance from Central Station. It's about a 10-15  minute walk to get to their location.
113 Reservior St Surry Hills 2010 Sydney
Open 7 days

Menu:
The menu consisted of mainly sandwiches and/or burgers. They don't have a great variety of coffee-based drinks to choose from but the do offer dairy free smoothies and a few fruit based drinks!

Overall:
Recommend this place to those who want to find a place to chill and find inspiration of some sort. The setting is not too bad as it can clear and ease your mind.

My friend had ordered a regular skim latte where as i ordered an ice chocolate. As for food we ordered one from their breakfast menu, French toasted brioche, and one from their lunch menu pulled pork sandwich.

Ice Chocolate Ratings:

Taste:
Nothing really special, so i would just give this a rather normal rating.

Cost:
This drink cost about AUD$4.50 if i remembered correctly

Overall:
I wouldn't say this is a must have drink so feel free to skip this if you want something hot to warm your up coming winter days.

Pulled Pork Sandwich Ratings:

Taste:
I really liked the mixture of ingredients used in this sandwich, except the pork was a bit dry and the bread crust was a little hard in my opinion.

Cost:
This sandwich cost about $12.50 which i would say is slightly pricey for a sandwich, but i guess it would be considered a gourmet sandwich in this case.

Overall:
I wouldn't say it's the best pork sandwich i've had, but it is a decent sandwich to try out.

French Toasted Brioche Ratings:

Taste:
I loved everything about this dish!!! FANTASTIC! Love all the flavors i could taste!! I especially enjoyed the spicy onion jam (as i love onions!!) it went really well with all the ingredients used!! & I simply melted when i saw avocado on the side as it went so well with the toast!!

Cost:
The french toast cost AUD$16.50. I would say it is a pricey amount to pay but the flavors are sure worth every single penny!

Overall:
Highly recommend this dish if your not on a tight budget or anything as the flavors are fantastic!!

After catching up with my friend for brunch i then headed up towards Westfield to meet another friend and enjoyed shopping around as the weather outside started to get chillier.

We then decided to go on a small coffee & cake break at Bécasse BakeryThere we had ordered a vanilla bean and passionfruit cheesecake and gosh i forgotten the name of the other two we got but i shall get back to putting their names up soon!!

Bécasse Bakery Ratings:
Location:
Super easy to find in Sydney Westfield!!
Food court level near cha time, Sydney CBD Westfield

Menu:
They mainly sell bread, cakes, tarts and coffee!! But they do have a different range of sweet and savoury breads so definitely need to try them all out one day!

Overall:
Recommend this place if you want to try some unique pieces of bread!!! Really nice cakes and tarts are available to suit a range of taste buds out there

Vanilla bean and Passionfruit Cheesecake Ratings:

Taste:

I really liked the cheesecake as it wasn't over the top where you will start to feel sick from eating too much. It had the perfect blend. One thing i didn't like about it was the biscuit base, it was really hard that i couldn't eat it with my plastic spoon which they give.

Cost:
This cake cost about AUD$6.95. A bit pricey but i can say the taste does make up for what you just paid for.

Overall:
Would recommend this cheesecake to all you cheesecake lovers, such as myself and my mum!!

Chocolate cake? Ratings:

Taste:
I really liked this cake!! The top layer of chocolate melts in your mouth instantly!! It had a blend of tiramisu & chocolate fudge.

Cost:
This cake cost AUD$3 as it was half the size of the original cake size portion.

Overall:
Loved this cake!! Beautiful flavors!!

Flower bread? Ratings:

Taste:
This bread has a similar taste to an asian-style made bread i like to it. But what's unique about it that it's more westernized and it has small sugar bits on top!!

Cost: n/a
Not sure about the cost of this bread as i don't remember so will update asap.

Overall:
Will recommend this bread as you can bread it into it's smaller bit sizes and share it too!!

Anyways it's 12:02am right nows so i'm off to bed now!!
Good night dear readers!!!
(Sorry no pic's of me~~)
