Easter Announcement & Versatile Award (・`ェ´・)つ

So Easter is coming up real soon and i decided to do a quick and simple post for today!
I'm just going to start off with my Easter Announcements, as it quite important for you guys to know. First, I will be taking a short hiatus (break) from blogging over the Easter Break. So i shall be away for about a week or so.

Secondly, I will be renovating my blog meaning there will be a possibility with new blog link, name, etc. and of course i will let you guys know when these changes will be happening so don't freak out just yet! It is also unclear when i'll get all the materials ready for this renovation and I shall be doing most of the work during my Easter Break (doesn't really seem like i'm taking a hiatus from my blogging life haha). Okay moving onto the topic of this blog entry today1

I was nominated by the lovely Trang for the Versatile Award.
What? ME~ :D
So the rules to being nominated for this award are really simple and anyone can join!
Rules:
- Thank the person who gave you the award.
- Include a link to their blog.
- Select bloggers that you've recently discovered/followed regularly.
- Nominate those bloggers for the Versatile Award.
- Tell the person that nominated you, 7 things about yourself.

So here are 7 facts about me.
#1. I love my daily dose of ANIME!
#2. I'm an ABC (Aussie born Chinese-Canto [HK])
#3. I have so many pairs of shoes that half i haven't even worn once yet ==" Bad habits die hard!
#4. I'm a foodie!! I love to hunt down places for great food!!!
#5. I wish mosquito's suck fat and not blood! And i also wish that i could poop out money or just grow a money tree. It's the only plant i'd take such good care of cause i can donate money to the unfortunate and also go eat more food!! MUAHAHA!
#6. I always hold my breathe when i walk past a smoker and end up looking like a stupid puffer fish
#7. Every time i take the courage to wear colour contacts again i always have nightmares about them i.e. they get stuck on my eye ball, they move to the back of my eye, i stick another pair of contacts on top of ones i already have on my eye!!! I just don't know why i keep getting this creepy dreams! UGH!

So now i tag you! If you're reading this you are now tagged! And here are a few blogger's that i'll tag in no particular order.

♥♥♥♥♥
So hope you guys go have an awesome Easter while i take my mini break for now! I shall be back with lots of new goodies and all to share with you guys!

Happy Easter everyone!

Advanced Screening to The Croods ヽ(o`皿′o)ノ

Today i was off to watch the advanced screening of The Croods, with my friend Stephanie. I had won a family pack, from Nuffnang, meaning i could bring 3 friends, but since most of my friends had assignments to do, i was planning on bringing my mum along but she had stuff to do so it was just the two of us.
Following the people in front because i thought they would lead us to the right place...which they did...only half way though
We met up early in the city and bought some snacks before busing it to The Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park. This was my first time going there so i wasn't too sure what to expect nor how to get there. Now of course google map was my life savior as i checked everything we needed to know beforehand.
So once we got off the bus we pretty much followed a parent and child since i was sure that they wouldn't lead us into the wrong direction but we were wrong. But magically we found the place and followed the massive crowds of young families, i mean following them definitely will help us find the cinemas there.
I was simply amazed that such a busy and fun place existed here, in a middle of the park! There was a mini easter show here for the super young kids, tonnes of fast food chains, restaurants and bars and who can forget the entertainment of movies and bowling! Like woah! It's like a mini shopping centre!
Anyways so we headed off to the cinemas and lined up, i was going to take a picture with The Croods poster billboard but since there were so many people in front of it, it would have been rude of me to ask them to move out of the way. So i decided to wait after the movie but it was no longer there!! Was super unhappy that they took it away so fast! Although, we did get free toys and being a big kiddie at heart i couldn't decided which one i wanted and so they said i could get all of them if i really wanted too, since they had so many to giveaway. So in the end i got all four figurines.

The Croods was a very fun and colourful movie! There were so many cute and creative animals and the Crood family were just a fun bunch to watch. The cinemas was filled with many young families so there were tonnes of kids cheering and laughing! Definitely a great movie to bring your younger siblings, cousins and family. Everyone will be able to enjoy this movie.

MIRROR CRAZE! This one made us looked taller!
After a wonderful day at The Entertainment Quarter, Stephanie and I headed back to the city for some lunch. We ended up going to Westfield and snacked on Charlie&Co.'s parmesan & truffle chips and did some window shopping along the way. We also got some fairy floss too!!

I had a wonderful day out in the sun and heat! Thankyou Nuffnang for always bringing us great movies to watch and here i'm just going to end my post with a picture of my fashion of the day picture & me and my new friend. See you guys in my next post then! Need that extra rest for a early start tomorrow morning!

Brunch before class 〜( ̄▽ ̄〜)

Beautiful flowers to start the day!
Hello everyone! It's been a while since i last blogged and I promise you I haven't been lazy, it's just all the uni work have been piling up and have a report due on Monday morning which I needed to finish off. But now that i have the report finish and waiting to be handed in I can now finally get some blogging done.
So early last week i headed out to brunch with a friend, Stephanie, as we both started classes in the late afternoon. We decided to go somewhere near by Central and decided to check out The Sandwich Shop.
The Sandwich Shop Ratings:

Location:★★
This cafe is super easy to find and about a 5 minute walk from Central Station.
44 Resservior St, Sydney, NSW, 2024,
Mon-Fri 8am- 3pm
Phone: (02) 9211 8710

Menu: ★★
They offer a wide range of sandwiches and salads. If there is a sandwich you don't find that suits your taste you can just create your own one using any of the ingredients listed in their sandwiches.

Cost: ★★
The prices range for sandwiches is about AUD$8.95, which some may find a bit expensive but in the city it would be a reasonable price. Salads are about AUD$9.50.

Service: ★★★★★
Their customer service is very warm and welcoming.

Overall: ★★★
Highly recommend this place for a nibble and a good catch up with friends. The place has a nice welcoming homey sense.
So Stephanie and I enjoyed the afternoon over some sandwiches and mini studying session.
I had ordered the Roast Vegetable Sandwich.
Roast Vegetable Sandwich Ratings:

Taste: ★★★★★
I really enjoyed this sandwich, especially when it was freshly made. I just loved the pumpkin and caramelized onions together and the freshness of the green vegetables on top! It was a really refreshing lunch for me.

Price: ★★★☆☆
The sandwiches cost $8.95 each!

Overall: ★★★★☆
Highly recommend this sandwich for all the those who do not like to eat raw vegetables much. This will leave your taste buds wanting to chew on the vegetables even more!

Stephanie ordered a bottle of organic coke and fig + raisin toast.
Organic Coke Ratings:

Taste: ★★☆☆
It taste exactly like coke, but less acidity.

Price: n/a
Don't remember how much this cost exactly.

Overall: ★★☆☆
It seems healthier but i don't really think i'd buy this.
Fig + Raisin toast Ratings:

Taste: ★★☆☆
Nothing really special about this although figs are really good for your body.

Price: ★★
This cost about $4.50 which i think is a bit pricey.

Overall: ★★☆☆
Don't really recommend this since there is nothing really special about the flavors or anything. It was also quite tough to bite one too once it started to cool down.

Luvo-ing while Stephanie studies away~

So i'll be on Easter break soon, which i will be catching up with friends and hopefully get some new video's up for the Easter season. Anyways off to a Nuffnang event tomorrow which i shall blog on soon! Good bye for today!

White Day ♡ ホワイトデー (。・ω・。)ノ♡

Happy White Day!
So what is this day about?
In Japan, Valentines Day is typically seen as girls or women giving chocolates gifts to express their love, courtesy or social obligations. In 1978, the National Confectionery Industry Association had made an answer day for Valentines Day, which is exactly one month from Valentines Day itself. Men would have to pay back the chocolates or gifts they had received, by paying twice or three times the Valentines gift. This day is called White Day and it is more commonly celebrated in Japan, although a few countries such as Korea and China celebrate it too, but in different ways.
White Day gifts usually consists of cookies, jewellery, white chocolate, white lingerie and marsh mellow.
So if you a receive a gift today it may be an expression of love interest, manners of returning a gift for Valentines Day or maybe it's your birthday!?
Either way i hope everyone had a wonderful White Day. As for me i didn't really do much since i had uni for the whole day, but that didn't stop me from dressing up and looking nice for you guys to send a quick message!
♥♥♥♥♥
Also Happy Pi Day (π) 3.14

Hello everyone, i'm sorry for being a very lazy and slack blogger. Recently, uni had just started for me so it has been a bit busier than usual here in the life of Miss Sennnaa but i promise to blog more and also film more this year so you won't have to wait ages for my next post!

Anyways moving along to the main topic of today's post! Today i will be sharing with you guys my review on the Sasatinnie's Beloved Eyeshadow Palette in 02. Floral Purple which i had use in one of my old makeup tutorial video "here".

Sasatinnie, Beloved Eyeshadow Palette, 02.Floral Purple Ratings:

Colours: ★★★
The colours are really lovely as it really shows off a more girl warm spring side when you use it.

Formula: ★★★★☆
The colours blend really easily but i would say it's not as pigmented as i thought it'd be, which i guess is a somewhat good thing so you can build on top of the colours.

Packaging: ★★★
A really simple and compact packaging easy to take on the go with you if you need any touch up's.

Cost: ★★★
Reasonably prices at US$17.80

Overall: ★★★
If you don't have many colourful eyeshadow palettes and which to try something new, definitely give this palette a go.

♥♥♥♥♥
Just going to sign off with a clearer picture of what the colours look like when i used them to create this look last year.

Another review from my sasa.com Christmas/New Years love package 2012. This time i'll be reviewing on the Sasatinnie Color Fusion Gradation Blush in 02 Peach Orange.
Sasatinnie, Color Fusion Gradation Blush, 02 Peach Orange Ratings:

Colour: ★★★
A super warm coral pink shade which goes really well with all makeup looks and all skin tones too!

Very pigmented yet easy to blend out the colour evenly onto the face using a blush brush. It also has a bit of shimmer in it so if you're looking for a blush to give your skin an extra glow then this is great!

The packaging is a small compact design with a mirror inside making it perfect to take on-the-go for touch-up.

Pearly White Purification(^~^)

Today i'll be reviewing on a sheet mask which i got in my latest love package
This mask is from the Korean brand Etude House and it is their  Royal Class Gel Mask Sheet Real Pearl (Whitening & Purifying). Since i got a slight tan this week i decided to whiten and brighten my face up before uni officially starts.

Etude House, Royal Class Gel Mask Sheet Real Pearl (Whitening & Purifying) Ratings:

Effects: ★★★★★
Super love how my skin feels bouncy and moist right after using the mask and i can see that my complexion has brighten up a bit.

Mask material: ★★★★★
This mask is made of gel so it can be a bit tricky to put onto your face but once it sits onto your face it doesn't slide off.

Formula/Aroma: ★★★
There is no specific smell for this mask so i rate this a neutral.

Cost: ★★★
This mask cost originally cost US$8 but it is currently on sale at US$5.70

Overall: ★★★★★
I will recommend this mask to those seeking for a cheaper gel mask. It's perfect for all skin types and there are 2 other mask under the same series too.
