Truffle Month | Sokyo Japanese Restaurant (ó㉨ò)

Monday night I went out to dinner at Sokyo, with the fambam as I wanted to try out their new monthly special truffle menu they had to offer during the month of August. Along with the truffle menu I did order a few old favorites from their dinner menu as well. 

Chase Toro Toro: blue fin tuna belly, white sea urchin, black truffles, sushi.
I enjoyed the smooth texture which just melted in your mouth as for flavors with the truffles not so much but it wasn't too bad. 

Tempura Jamon: tempura cauliflower, premium iberico jamon, yuzu hollandaise, black truffles.
I wasn't a fan of these tempura but the display of the dish was beautiful.

Wagyu Truffle: wagyu oyster blade, medium rare, Teppenyaki style, served with garlic chips, black truffles, fresh salad, black truffle champagne vinaigrette. 
My favorite truffle dish of the night! The meat was perfectly cooked as every bite melted away. 

Sokyo Mont Blanc: black truffle mont blanc, chestnut, chocolate, black truffle ice-cream. 
This was quite an interesting dessert when it was eaten with the truffles but I must say nothing beats their Ice-cream Mochi!

I remembering in April they had their Tuna menu which was uni and amazing. I guess this time with truffle on the menu I was expecting a bit more different flavors but without doubt their existing menu already plays that part which is why there are always dishes that will make me leaving happy and satisfied.

Coco Fashion | Online Shopping ᕙ (;｀⊥ ＾★)┐

Hello my fellow readers! I apologize that I didn't post much this week as it has been quite an unexpected week for me. Anyways, looking onto a brighter side Spring is almost here in Australia and it has been raining like crazy and as they always say it's Spring Cleaning time. Spring cleaning, meaning cleaner room, desk, makeup and wardrobe!

What better way to start SPRING (or maybe in your case Autumn) with new clothes. COCO Fashion is an international online fashion shop, selling affordable and fashionable pieces that are updated daily with the latest trends from Korean, Japanese and Hong Kong fashion. Here are a few Autumn and Spring pieces that I personally adore.

1) Long Knitted Cardigan- I simply love the length, colour and shape of this cardigan and it's perfect to stay warm in Autumn/Winter. It also comes in a cream colour too if you prefer I lighter shade.

 

2) Flowy Dresses- As for Spring approaches for me I prefer wearing more lighter and flowy dresses such as the two above. The Peachy Off-shoulder dress is incredible cute and girly whereas the Black Skater dress is more chic and classic. They both give a very feminine and spring. To complete the look you match these dresses with some Spring/Summer sandals or wedges.

Just typing up this post makes me want to go shopping instead of studying~ *SIGHS* I shall wait till the Boxing day sale!

SMASH'ing 2014 | Hiatus for 5 weeks! ヾ(･ω･*)ﾉ

I cannot believe I have been away from my blog for 5 weeks and you guys still continue to wait for me to blog! THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND LOVE!
