Last day in HK // Scenic Bike Riding in Hong Kong °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

The following day, which was our last full day in HK, Steph and I headed out with my big brother, Tim and dad for some quality HK lunch! I ordered the pork knuckle with egg noodle soup. Super delicious and cheap!!

We had our day already planned out and it was a full day of bike riding with the family! I was really excited to get some quality exercise from this trip.
We hired our bikes for the day and we setted off, along the bike route! I haven't ridden a bike since I was 10 years old so it definitely took me down memory lane.

It was super easy to remember how to ride the bike, but controlling it I'm not the best, haha~! I have a weird way of breaking and all, but I survived so yeah!

Along our biking journey there were many beautiful scenes and I had to stop and take some photos!! I mean how often do you get to see the blue sky and blue waters in Hong Kong right!

Halfway through biking, we had a pit stop for refreshments and reapply our sunscreen. Also took a cute selfie with my dad~

How could I forget taking a photo with little Steph Steph~ OMGSH! By this point I was already super sweaty!! Look at that sheen!

My big brother rode shirtless, so I decided to save you guys from that sight haha! But I had a wonderful time bonding with my family through bike riding. This was my favourite day while I was in Hong Kong and the next day we were flying back to Sydney!

Good morning, I woke up around 7:48am and I can say I'm slightly jet-lagged
with the time difference with Sydney and New Zealand. I just came back last night and had a really good sleep so I cannot wait to start editing my videos and writing the blogpost on my adventure, but first I will be heading into work for the next two days so I will do so early next week!

Ritz-Carlton Café 103 High Tea °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

After enjoying the night at the Ritz-Carlton OZONE Bar, one of Steph's friend recommended the cafe in the same building, So we headed there the next day for some high tea.

We started off with some chocolate scones, and whipped chocolate cream to go with it and they were super delicious!!

Then, our cute high tea set came in a chinese lunch box and when they opened it up all the cute sweet and savoury foods were revealed. Here are all the photos of each individual pigeon hole of food!
We really enjoyed our time at Café 103 and their high tea menu was much nicer compared to the Shangri-la one. The reason is because I liked how they had both enough savoury and sweet foods for us to enjoy from.

Sorry I haven't been posting up my blog entries recently, as I have been super busy and tired from all the adventurous times here in New Zealand. I just landed in Queenstown today and it is much cooler than the North Island! However comparing the 2 bigger cities of Auckland and Queenstown, I do have to say I prefer Queenstown a bit more. Anyway, I will be editing videos once I come back home from this amazing trip and I cannot wait to share it with you guys.

Rit-Carlton OZONE Bar // Best View in Hong Kong (ノ^ヮ^)ノ*:・゚✧

After a long day shopping at Sha Tin & TST, Steph and I headed to the well-known OZONE Bar at Ritz-Carlton, for a night of drinks and glam. It was also Steph's birthday that day so we had to get out for some drinks right!

This shot is one of my favorite photos from that night capturing the light and interior design of the bar itself. There were no tables outside and so we had to get a table inside. With tables there is a minimum you must spend, which is HK$1000, which is not bad if you have a group of people.

We ordered the Foie gras with dried figs and port wine. This was really rich in flavour and really delicious.

Steph ordered the Rose Bubble Martini, which is made from sake, rose tea, lychee, cucumber and ozone bubble air. The drink was light and delicious, perfect to have if you want something refreshing and light.
I ordered the Dragontini, which is made from vodka, raspberry liquer, raspberry, yuzu and basil foam. This was more flavourful and thicker consistency compared to the Rose Bubble Martini.

We also ordered some mini wagyu beef burgers, rustic french fries with cheese and black truffle and cripsy seaweed calamari. The fries were the best truffle fries I've ever had! I highly recommend ordering them if you're there!

When we moved to the outer bar area, we could see the beautiful city lights of Hong Kong. This is honestly one of the best views I've seen in Hong Kong and I highly recommend going for a drink, so you can see this amazing view!

After a good night of eating and drinking, we headed back home and enjoyed the rest of the night chilling and watching TV.

Shangri-La High Tea // Kawaii in Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui (❁´▽`❁)*✲゚*

After shopping in Sha Tin, we made our way down to Tsim Sha Tsui (TST)for some more shopping and lunch.

We saw this massive Gundam hanging from the ceiling, which was pretty impressive, so I took a photo of it and with it.

We then made our way to Shangri-La hotel, for high tea. We were craving for some sweets.

The food from the high tea selection was not bad, but I wouldn't say the best high tea I've ever had. However presentation wise, it's pretty cute~

We were also given complimentary sorbets as they made some for the summer~

Eating the scones and cakes weren't enough to fill us up, so Steph and I ordered a burger and fries to share. We actually started craving burgers when the customer next to us ordered one. The burgers just smell and taste so good!

Here is our cute little photo from our high-tea-turned-into-burger-eating-session photo.

As we continued to shop around TST, and I took Steph to the side to show her one of the best views of the horizon. The sun was setting and the colours were just beautiful!

We took a selfie to remember the view and our trip~

Then we went to a nearby Ghibli shop, which sold many merchandises from Japan! Although, the prices are much more costly than the Japan prices.

They also have the neko-bus there too~ So took a photo with it! The Ghibli Museum in Japan does have this neko bus too, in the children play pen area though~

Look at these cute figurines! All ghibli characters~

And we cannot forget about Mr. Totoro, himself! Big and cuddly! After looking at all the merchandises at the store, we moved towards the end of the plaza, near the ferry terminal.

There are open floor shops there which sell various items, such as clothes, merchandises, accessories, bags, stationary, etc. I saw a figurine of Stitch so I took a photo of it~ He is so cute~!

Been super busy today running around for all my last minute purchases and exchange some money for New Zealand. I was planning to film, but so many things had to be done, so I don't think I will be getting any videos up for the next 2-3 weeks. *sighs*
Oh well! I'll try and get some blog posts up instead!!
