A reflection of 2017 // Not such a great year...? ((´д`))

believe, quotes, and 2018 image
Here's to the first post of 2018, where once again I reflect on the previous year, 2017, and create or alter my goals for 2018! To be honest 2017 was not the best of year for myself and to my surprise a lot of my friends felt the same way!

Bring on the (Lunar) New Year! ˏ₍•ɞ•₎ˎˎ₍•ʚ•₎ˏ

Hello my loves! This is my very first blog post of 2017 and I have so much lined up ready to be published, but first I thought I'd blog about something we all go through, which is reflecting on the past year and making goals to achieve this year. I've had so many exciting changes and experiences in 2016, which I am going to share a few major ones with you guys.

(ノ^ヮ^)ノ*:・゚✧ Level Up // 2016 Resolution

It has been three years since I last did a new years resolution-related post so here is my 2016 resolutions. 2015 has flown by and it just seems like yesterday I was finishing my uni examination, but I somehow managed to fit in so many wonderful adventures with my family and friends. Although I was able to cross off a few things from my bucket list, it continues to grow daily as I find more new and exciting things to do in life. Anyways I'll leave that bucket list blog entry for another day, let's get straight into the new year resolutions.

  • Full-time Job?: As I will be finishing my final semester at uni in July, I must search for a full-time job! It kind of scares me that I have to leave this comfort zone, but I am also excited to leave uni and meet the real world! Hunting for a job may not be the easiest of things but I'm looking forward to trying out what there is and also do some interns too.
  • FLABS BE ABS: Fitness has always been an up-and-down journey for me and the main goal has always been to be healthier and fitter. However, I thought to myself why not push myself harder so I can get the body I want and flaunt my hard efforts once its' achieved, since I only have one course to do in my final semester, so I am able to dedicate more time to reveal my shy abs, under the layer of fat.
  • Hone my skills: I definitely want to sharpen my skills when it comes to my blog and youtube channel. I'll do my best so I can blog daily again and upload new video's weekly, that way I can really connect with you guys. I want to keep in touch with all my blogging and youtubing community, and your support is always needed to keep me going! So thankyou for always being apart of my little family!
  • Dance: Oh how I miss dancing! I miss the hip-hop, Kpop and pole dancing. I was addicted to dancing 3 years ago but I have fallen off the tracks due to the massive amounts of uni work over the last few years. This will be the best opportunity for me to start dancing again and make use of the time I have to spare.

Farewell 2015 // Year Review щ(゜ロ゜щ)

2015 has been an amazing year travel-wise, job-wise and in general, I suppose.

First off, travelling has always been a huge thing for me and I've always enjoyed exploring and experiencing the different cultures. In 2015 I went to Japan (twice!), Hong Kong, Hunter Valley, Melbourne, Cairns and Port Douglas.

Going to Japan twice was a blessing! I got to experience the two very different weather conditions, Winter & Summer, and I do have to say I am loving their Summer! All my friends ask me why did I go to Japan again, well...all I can say is Japan is a country you will always want to go back to, especially in my case, as I've always been quite obsessed with their culture for as long as I can remember now. It all started with anime & sushi!

On the other hand, Hong Kong was such a huge disappointment! I remember the last time I went to HK was back in 2012 for a cousin's wedding and I had so much fun, eating, shopping and hanging with my relatives. After a 3 year gap, a huge difference can definitely be seen. The people are just plain rude now and I was so glad I was out of HK in 3 days! However, what did make HK a tad okay to stay, being able to see my brother and dad and the food. Also, I enjoyed the bike riding day we had, that was super fun!

Soon after my HK/Japan Summer trip, the boyfriend, Mr.Smiles took me to Hunter Valley for my birthday. I have never been to Hunter Valley before so it was definitely an exciting trip for me. We had so much fun getting drunk on wine & fat on cheese. It was a super fun and chill birthday.

Again, shortly after my trip to Hunter Valley, I was off to Melbourne to attend the boyfriend's relatives wedding. It was cute and beautiful~ We also had mini food adventures along the way~ I love visiting Melbourne for the great food, amazing coffee and unique bars.

Cairns & Port Douglas was one of my highlight trips in 2015. I have yet to upload blog post & vlogs on this adventure but I had the most amazing experience and fun! I went with my boyfriend and we explored the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest and it was the first time I ever went Skydiving.

Job-wise in 2015, I was jobless when I came back from Japan the first time round and so I was on the hunt for a new job. It took a while to find a casual job & go through the interview process, but after 2 months of searching and interviews, I finally landed myself a job! I absolutely love my team, as they are the funniest and chillest people ever and we get along all so well. Pay is not bad too so yeh~

2016, new year, and 2015 image
In general, 2015 was a lovely year! I got to travel more than I expected, continue to be with the one I love, catch-up with friends and family, found a new job and the list could go on! However I am ready to take on 2016 and I know so much more awaits me! The first half of the year will be my final semester in uni (OMG! finally!) and once again, I am planning some travel trips with my family, friends and boyfriend, so I cannot wait until they are up and running! Also, I cannot forget to mention that this year there will be so many good movies and anime coming out so I am extremely excited about those too!! I shall end this 2015 review post here and I'll see if I have time to make a new years resolution post for you guys too! Thanks so much for reading and please continue to support me again in 2016!!!

Hello 2013 ☆ミ(o*・ω・)ノ

Another year has gone by and here we are welcoming 2013!!
Looking back at 2012, i must say that it has so far been one of the best years of my life! I've met so many amazing people and bloggers who live in Australia, Sydney and even near my area too!!
I cannot wait until uni begins again because i can meet more people in life and learn new skills, knowledge and wisdom!(Omgsh getting old~). But so far i'm not afraid of living out my youthful side even though i can get a bit too old for it, but my childhood brings out the biggest happiness in me so why not be spontaneous and fun like a kid, just don't go overboard crazy and do illegal stuff you know. Last year i dyed my hair half hot candy pink which has now faded out to a pastel pink, which i love them BOTH! This year i'm thinking should i re-dye the colour to the sharp pink before uni begins or a different colour~ HMMMM!!! But anyways when i've decided i'll definitely be needing a hair cut since i have to get one before Chinese New Years..some chinese thing.
So how did i spend my New Years Eve/New Years, well i was pretty sick yesterday so i wasn't able to go out much, furthermore my meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all congee! Best thing to eat when i'm sick but luckily for me mummy made some side dishes so it would be so bland. It was because i was sick that i killed time by watching Inuyasha as i never got the chance to finish the anime off and i just had so much time on my hands so yeah~
If any of you readers out there who love watching anime i highly suggest Sword Art Online if you've never heard of it as it recently just finished airing. I might start introducing you guys to my geeky-otaku side of me~ hehehe!
Even though i wasn't able to see the fireworks last night i can just look at the photo's i took during Xmas Eve :)
Now that it is a new year, i'm welcoming it with a huge smile on my face, even though i'm still sick. To begin with there are a few things on my new years list which i have to tick off first.
Sending New Years messages to dear friends and family (check)
Wash my dog, and boy does she need one!! (check)
Clean my room, ahem....which is slowly coming into place! Which i definitely will finish before the start of uni of course!
Lose weight and keep fit! I've been packing on the Christmas food and New Years just began so of course more food, then there is also Chinese New Years so even more fatty food! Definitely will be hitting the gym again to keep my body fit during the fatty beginning of the year!

♥♥♥♥♥
Anyways i'll try and upload more video's this year and be more productive!! I love reading emails from my readers so don't be shy to send me one because i already have a reader who enjoys sending me emails every so often.
